Material Issues
BOT Lease has identified three material issues - Environment, Human Rights, and Labor - as important issues in sustainability. To contribute to solving social and environmental issues, we also need to grow in tandem, and we select material issues from both a stakeholder perspective and a company perspective based on our management and business strategies. While contributing to the realization of a sustainable society through our business, we will also strive to improve and expand the work environment and strengthen governance as the foundation to support these efforts.
