Subsidy and Grant Utilization Leasing

We support the acquisition of assets utilizing public support.

Currently, there are various equipment investment methods that utilize public funds, but adopting subsidies and grants requires a lot of administrative work and application know-how. We provide the necessary support as a representative applicant or joint applicant.

Scheme

Subsidy/Grant Utilization Leasing Scheme Diagram. ①Lease contract is concluded between client and BOT Lease. ②BOT Lease concludes sales contract with manufacturer/seller for property selected by client. ③Manufacturer/seller installs and maintains property. ④Client pays lease fee reduced by subsidy amount to BOT Lease. ⑤Client and BOT Lease jointly apply for subsidy and submit business reports to subsidy granting organization. ⑥Subsidy granting organization provides subsidy to BOT Lease.

Points to note

  • We do not promise the granting of subsidies. If you violate the public offering guidelines, you may be required to return the subsidy.
  • As subsidies are public funds, there are restrictions on asset disposal and reporting obligations. In case of unapproved plan changes or failure to achieve targets, you may be required to return the subsidy.
  • In joint applications, if BOT Lease returns the subsidy, you will be responsible for the amount equivalent to the returned subsidy.
