- We do not promise the granting of subsidies. If you violate the public offering guidelines, you may be required to return the subsidy.
- As subsidies are public funds, there are restrictions on asset disposal and reporting obligations. In case of unapproved plan changes or failure to achieve targets, you may be required to return the subsidy.
- In joint applications, if BOT Lease returns the subsidy, you will be responsible for the amount equivalent to the returned subsidy.
