Building Leasing Scheme Diagram. ①Fixed-term business land lease contract is concluded between landowner and SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO (BOT Lease group company). ②SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO pays land lease fee to landowner. ③Construction company and SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO conclude construction contract. ④Construction company delivers building to SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO, and SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO pays construction cost to construction company. ⑤Client and SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO conclude building lease contract. ⑥Client pays lease fees to SHIN-NIHOMBASHI TSUSHO.
