This is a transaction where we purchase the asset selected by the customer from the seller and lease it to the customer. We provide movables comprehensive insurance for the asset and handle the declaration and payment of fixed asset tax.

Scheme

Finance Leasing Contract Scheme Diagram. ①Client selects property desired for lease contract. ②Lease contract is concluded between client and BOT Lease. ③BOT Lease concludes sales contract with manufacturer/seller for property selected by client and pays property price. ④Manufacturer/seller delivers and maintains property for client. ⑤Client pays lease fee to BOT Lease. ⑥BOT Lease takes out comprehensive movable property insurance on the property and carries out processes with insurance company. ⑦BOT Lease files fixed asset tax declaration and pays to municipalities. ⑧After lease ends, property returned from client to BOT Lease is disposed of or sold by BOT Lease.

Points to note

The ownership of the leased asset resides with BOT Lease (lessor).
Maintenance and management of the leased asset are to be carried out by the customer (lessee).
Early termination during the lease period is generally not allowed.
