In the case of real estate securitization

Basic Real Estate Finance Business Scheme Diagram. ①Establish SPC for real estate holding, ②Client (originator) entrusts target real estate to trust bank, ③Trust bank grants beneficial interest to client. ④Client sells beneficial interest to SPC. ⑤Each lender executes non-recourse loans (senior loans, mezzanine loans, etc.) to SPC. Each investor executes investment into SPC. ⑥SPC pays beneficial interest purchase price to client. ⑦SPC pays principal and interest to each lender, SPC pays distributions to investors.
