Organizational Chart: At the top of the chart, there is the General Meeting of Shareholders, followed by the Board of Directors and the Audit & Supervisory Board. Under the Board of Directors, There is the Executive Committee which supervises the Corporate Finance Unit, the Products Finance Unit, the Global Business Unit, the Operations Service Unit, and the Corporate Center. Under the Corporate Finance Unit, there are the Corporate Finance Division No.1, Corporate Finance Division No.2, Construction Equipment & Mobility Finance Division, Asset Solution Division, Chubu Business Division, Domestic Branches, and the Business Strategy Division. Under the Products Finance Unit, there are the Structured Finance Division, the Real Estate Finance Division, the Ship & Marine Division, the Aviation Business Division, and the Business Strategy Division. Under the Global Business Unit, there are the Global Business Strategy Division and Overseas Offices. Under the Operations Services Unit, there is the Operations Services Division. Under the Corporate Center, there are the Corporate Planning Division, the Human Resources Division, the Treasury & Accounting Planning Division, the General Affairs Division, the Credit Division, the Legal & Compliance Division, the Systems Division, the Corporate Risk Management Division, the Credit Planning Division, the Operations Control Division, and the Internal Audit Division.
