In accordance with the enforcement of the Act on the Provision of Financial Services and Improvement of the Usage Environments (Law No. 101 of YR2000), BOT Lease Co., Ltd. has established the following policies regarding the solicitation of financial products and will conduct appropriate sales to customers.

  We will endeavor to sell appropriate financial instruments in light of the customer's knowledge and experience of financial products and financial condition, and the purpose for the conclusion of the contract pertaining to the sale of the financial products.
• 2.
  We will endeavor to give adequate and appropriate explanations to have customer understand material matters, such as details of financial products and risk, to enable customers to make their own decisions and responsibility.
• 3.
  We will not provide a customer with conclusive evaluations or information that is contrary to the facts that could lead to customer misunderstandings.
• 4.
  We will not solicit customers at inconvenient times, through inconvenient methods, or in places that may cause inconvenience to the customer.
• 5.
  We will endeavor to acquire product knowledge so that we could provide an appropriate investment solicitation to customers.
• 6.
  We will respond appropriately to customer inquiries regarding sales and solicitation.
