Basic Policy on Crisis Management

BOT Lease Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall fully recognize that financial losses, loss of credibility or significant business disruption due to crisis event give material effects on the management and business operations. The financial losses and loss of credibility caused by a crisis event shall be minimized by carrying out the following measures upon the event, and the Company will develop necessary system to ensure the continuity of business operations and rapid restoration of ordinary functions

Description
  1. The Company will develop measures in advance and conduct trainings in preparation for crisis event.
  2. When a crisis event occurs or is expected to occur, the Company will take measures to limit the impact by promptly taking initial responses, minimize losses, and restore normal functions.
  3. The Company will verify the effectiveness of the measures after the crisis event is over.
