Customer Complaints

BOT Finance has a mechanism for handling customer complaints and resolving disputes in accordance with OJK Regulation Number 22 of 2023 concerning Customer Protection in the Financial Services Sector. Through this mechanism, BOT Finance consumers can submit complaints regarding the services provided by the Company.

Submission of complaints to PT BOT Finance Indonesia can only be made by consumers or consumer representatives acting for and on behalf of consumers.
